Harinath just checked in strerror.c from libiberty, but that's not the one
I wanted since it requires libintl.h and some other stuff from libintl.

I took mine from glibc and changed it a little bit. So if I understand you
correctly, I can use 'cvs add' - but what about 'cvs update', how can I
incorporate a new file into the repository with 'cvs update' ?

Also, I now have the problem that there is an existant (non-working)
strerror.c - should I remove it first or just override it with the new one
and remove the 'libiberty' tag ?
