I thought it was already fixed. 

(there was #ifdef GTK_MINOR_VERSION<1 etc for it,
but guess it didnt work correctly :( )

(I made a temporary fix for it by removing the method for everyone
else except people who define HAVE_PROPAGATE_DEFAULT_STYLE variable
when compiling gtk--... Its rarely used/needed function, will do
better fix when its needed. That method is going to disappear anyway (in 1.1),
I hope noone misses it.)
