Hi,

In fear of buggering everything up, I'll check.   I want to create a new
directory in the atech module, called libpsl.  I checked out atech, and
on my local copy, created the directory libpsl (with all of the files in
it).  The directory libpsl has subdirectories.  I've logged in
successfuly, so what do I do now?  Are there any good docs?  (I've read
the CVS-FAQ, and /usr/doc/cvs/*ps, but it leaves me moderately confused
- eg what is the "relative path within the repository" relative to....
What conventions should I use for things like "vendor-tag")
