Qt not truly Free Software yet (?)

Qt is not truly free yet.  One key characteristic of Free Software is to 
allow code reuse, and QPL does not allow reuse of Qt's code (i.e, you cannot 
take a part of Qt and put it into another program like porting the painting
interface to gtk). 

QPL is taking advantage of a bug in the Open source definition.
