CVS is fine. This is just a matter of a gtk+ developer changing something that
breaks a lot on down the line. It's up to the authors of the modules down the
line, or us intrepid users, to fix those modules. This is why 1.1 is a
development line and CVS is called life on the bleeding edge, this is
expected. I just think it sucks b/c I feel that I have to make excuses for why
I don't have a working toolkit yet to the head of my project. If I had been
able to get a gtk-- tarball that matched gtk+ 1.1.2 or above, I wouldn't have
to deal with this. Granted, 1.1 is a development line, but so many gnome apps
(like balsa) depend on it. I think many will be happy to see 1.2 , in the mean
time, we'll have to deal and do what we can to help.
