themes ?

Hello,

I just installed the gnome-.30 rpm's on my redhat box, and it works very
well.
However, I don't know how to give it a theme look.
I've seen pix from a desktop with the pixmap-theme on gnome, I'd like to
know how to do that.

Could someone explain how to install a theme?
