gnomeConf.sh problem

Hi again!

While trying to install gtkicq, I've run into this problem during the
configure script:

configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is generated
by gnome-libs install

I've installed all gnome-* files via rpms.  Should I have this file, or
is it a problem with gtkicq's configuration script?

Any help is appreciated.
