A small bug in gnome-libs.spec

I was just looking through gnome-libs.spec, and it doesn't seem to install
$(prefix)/share/gtkrc. Is this just a mistake, or is it deliberate?
To fix it, just add a line to the %files list like this:
%config %{prefix}/share/gtkrc
