New version of pygnome out.

I have a new version of pygnome (0.2.3) out.  This one will compile
against gnome-libs-0.30.1.  You can get it from
ftp://ftp.daa.com.au/pub/james/python/

The main changes are removal of gtktty module (to match change in
gnome-libs), addition of the new widgets found in this release, and a
wrapper for the gnome-metadata code.  There is no support for libgnorba,
since python bindings for ORBit don't exist yet (AFAIK).
