failed to run gnome

hi,

 i'm new to GNOME . I got everything needed to run GNOME installed on my
machine(redhat linux 5.1, intel) .

 when i try to run gnome, i got this error msg,

/bin/bash: icewm: command not found

 What should i do then? What is wrong?
