Does gtkicq applet work?

Does the gtkicq applet work for anyone? I get the following output:

Message: Initializing CORBA for applet

** ERROR **: Could not communicate with the panel

aborting...
Abort (core dumped)

I have the cvs FOR_PANEL orbit, gnome-libs and gnome-core from yesterday
(oct 30) and gtkicq from today (oct31).

After the "Message: " it hangs for maybe 30 seconds. Does this happen
for anyone else or is it just me?

Gtkicq works if I start it with -a, without applet that is.

/Richard
