anon cvs ?

is the server down or refuseing anon cvs ? or simply too much load ?
maybe someone could setup a (read-only) mirror for all the anon cvs requests,
to split the load ? better wait an hour till the mirror has the latest
changes, than try and try and try again to get into the anon server.
how much disk space would be needed for such a mirror ?
