Yep, that did it!. I don't know if the CVS server was being
particularly slow (or something) last night, but a couple of my module
checkouts were not completing successfully - subsequently I was
conducting `cvs update' to bring the modules up to speed.
As another mail in this thread states though, I have `update -dP' in
my /.cvsrc and so I would have thought CVS should still have pulled in
the `sub-modules', even with an `update' :-/.
