gnome-libs/zvt: HAVE_STROPTS_H?

It looks like HAVE_STROPTS_H is never tested for by gnome-libs configure,
but it's expected by zvt on System V type systems (such as Solaris).  I've
added it to the hearder check for zvt in configure.in and am recompiling
now to see if that's all that's missing.
