Just finished compiling/installing everything from CVS (as of late the 8th)
and noticed a few things:
1. 'gnome-name-service' doesn't quit when I exit a session. Then I start
another session and wind up with multiple copies running. Couldn't
figure out why things seemed slow and load average 3+ until I saw I
had 4 name-services running (3 from previous sessions). When killing
it (outside of X/GNOME) I get a core file:
Core was generated by `gnome-name-service'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
Reading symbols from /usr/local/GNOME/lib/libgnorbagtk.so.0...done.

The above is repeated several thousand times (literally, I quit paging
through it after 8000 :-)
2. I also have some zombie processes again (I haven't seen any since way
back with the 0.90 or so stuff):

Starting it with my ~/.xinitrc:
exec gnome-session > $HOME/logs/gnome-session.log 2>&1
3. mc failed to compile with something about 'no rule to make es_ES.po ...'
Seems there isn't an 'es_ES.gmo' file. Editing the po/Makefile and
removing all references to es_ES.* and it then compiled/installed fine.
