The latest gnome RPMs can be found at ANY of the gnome.org mirror sites.
I use ftp.snoopy.net and ftp.geo.net and for the base RPMs look in: 

/pub/mirrors/GNOME/gnome-1.0/redhat/i386/Base 

for the BASE RPMs the devel RPMs are under:

/pub/mirrors/GNOME/gnome-1.0/redhat/i386/Devel
