Can't help you with Berkeley DB, sorry.

libgtop and gtk-engines are gnome libraries;

You can get them here;

ftp://gnomeftp.wgn.net/pub/gnome/gnome-1.0/redhat/i386/Base/

The rest are Enlightenment libraries;
