Gnome Control-Center & Xscreensaver

I just upgraded my xscreensaver to version 3.10, but my gnomecc
doesn't include the new screensavers. I have looked around in the
.gnome* directories, but I cannot find out how to make gnomecc
recognise the new screensavers. Are they hardcoded or does gnomecc
look for them?
