GTCD: Accessing CDDB from behind a firewall

Howdy!

I'm presently behind a firewall and would like to use the CDDB features of
the GNOME CD Player.  What I'm wondering is:

* Is there someway I can tell GTCD to access the CDDB through our HTTP
  proxy?

* If not, will this functionality be added to GTCD at some future date?
