No, only the libraries and the core (panel, gmenu, gnome-terminal, session
manager) are frozen and will be in the 1.0 release. control-center isn't
frozen but will likely be in the release. All applications are on their
own release cycle, including gnumeric, gwp, gedit, etc.
At this point new features are not allowed, only fixes for bugs. It is
helpful if you can give instructions for how to cause a crash, it's not
very helpful to just say it crashes sometimes (we know that). So if you
get a crash try to remember what you were doing and see if you can make it
happen again.
