[PATCH] help-browser fix

Ok, a simple fix for the ugly URL entryarea in the help-browser. I made
it look exactly like the Location: entryarea in GMC, which I think is
good for the consistency. This also means that it says "Location:"
instead of "URL: ". This string should probably be i18n'ed but I didn't
do that.

Could someone please take a look at this and commit it if it's not
totally broken, cause the help-browser is plain ugly right now ;)
