Bug in gnome-libs ?

Hi,

When I compiled gnome-libs from CVS it terminated with this error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/include/sys/fsuid.h', needed by
`gnome-score.lo'.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gnome-libs/libgnome'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gnome-libs'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

When i do "touch /usr/include/sys/fsuid.h" it compiles fine; it looks like 
fsuid.h is not necessary at all. Is this correct ?
