problem compiling balsa, control-center, and genius

I've sent this to the list once, with no replys, maybe it got missed..

When trying to compile balsa, control-center, and genius, from a cvs
checkout as of an hour ago, I get:

over and over again. The same is with all three cvs modules, except for
filenames, line numbers, and the array (or whatever) is having the
problem.

i586-pc-linux-glibc2

any clues?

also every time i checkout control-center, and later try to update my
checkout, when it gets to control-center/idl, it cant find CVS/Entries,
when its there. every time.
