New gnome-core-0.99.3.2 tarball

Hello,

just made a new gnome-core-0.99.3.2.tar.gz tarball - you can find it at:

	ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/latest/

The changes to this tarball are really trival (corrected version number in
the spec file and removed the dead bussign and batmon applets from the
subdirectory list in configure.in) - so there's no need upgrading if you
already have gnome-core-0.99.3.1.

This is just if you want to build RPMS out of if (rpm -ta will work again).
