gnome terminal problems

Before, the gnome terminal was having problems getting focus after loosing
focus. 
Now, the gnome terminal is having problems letting go of focus. 

When I run netscape, go to a gnome terminal, go back to netscape, click in
the url box and try to type in a url, the stuff that I type still apears in
the gnome terminal.

I am using the .99.3 tars
