A second "missing lib" problem

This happens when compiling gnome-libs; It misses -lintl from LIBS, as 
well as -ldl in some cases. When I add these manually, it work a lot
better.

I am using a Redhat 4.2 system, with kernel 2.0.36. More information
shouldn't be needed, but if it is, just ask me.. :)
