No Makefile.in in CVS Glib

I've been having trouble compiling Glib correctly, so I deleted the glib
directory and did a "$ cvs -z3 checkout glib" to get it again. Now,
autogen.sh fails because there isn't a Makefile.in file, and as such, an
empty Makefile is created.
