Re: gtk+ and gtk-engines slow

Well, there wasn't a capplet that was setting imlib's cache. I converted
imlib_config into one and sent it to Raster and Miguel, but I'm not really
sure how useful it will be. Perhaps it can be modified and put into 1.2.
