When reporting a GNOME bug, please include:
. Information on the versions of relevant packages that you're using.
. Information on what the problem is
	. Build logs for compilation problems.
	. gdb stack traces for crashes, if possible.
. Precise, detailed information on how to reproduce the problem.

You may also want to consider reporting bugs via http://bugs.gnome.org/, so
they don't just fall by the wayside ;-)
