Re: User prefs




In your home dir, check out:
 .gnome/ 
 .gnome-desktop/
 .gnome-help-browser/
 .gnome_private/

You'll probably just need to look at .gnome/

When I'm really frustrated (doesn't happen too often with gnome), I log
out, sign on using gdm's failsafe option, blow these directories away,
then log back in. Kinda of a sledgehammer approach, and doesn't teach you
anything, but it works when you're swearing at the machine!
