logout question

Hello !

A friend bought a mandrake distribution and installed gnome 
(gnome-libs-1.0.9 etc.) with rpms. When he is going to logout he can 
choose between three options.
I compiled gnome from scratch (gnome-libs-1.0.10, control-
center-1.0.5, gnome-core-1.0.6), but when I logout I am only
asked if I really want to logout, I have not the choice to halt,
reboot, exit as my friend).
Although I have the latest release obviously something is missing.

Can anybody answer my question ?
