  I guess the fundations are here: the XML parsing and handling code and
all the widget set needed to render it.

  The XML code is used in quite a few gnome apps, two of them are intended
to be wisiwig editors, so I guess the works has seriously started.

   I suggest you look at the existing code (gwp amon other) and try to join
the one you like the most to contribute code.
