GLIBC_2.1/RPM problem

Is anyone else getting this too?  What the heck does this mean?  I get this with a bunch of newer RPMs.

[root@localhost new]# rpm -Uvh guile-1.3-4.i386.rpm

I have glibc installed.  In fact I have both of them.  All the files listed above exist in my path so what's the problem?  I sure hope someone else is running into this also.

glibc-2.0.7-29
glibc-2.1-0.990204
