GnomeUI-WARNING

Hi!

Sometimes when I start my panel from within an xterm I get the following
message:

GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols 
specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.

What does it mean? Is it something normal or do I have to worry about it? Is
something wrong with my gnome-installation?
