building gnome-games from CVS broken - requires IMLIB

Buidling gnome-games from CVS is broken.

Specifically:

metatris requires gdk_imlib.h but IMLIB_CFLAGS are not used and the
check for IMLIB is not done in the top level configure.in - so no build
if IMLIB is seperate from the gnome tree.
