Simple E question

I'm pretty sure I've seen the answer to this question before, but sadly I
deleted it. =( I've also spend probably the last half hour looking thru
various E config files, the E help system, and the E site. Still can't find
the answer.....

So, here it is again. Using E DR.15, and would like to turn off the various
buttons (like the ETerm, Restart, Exit, etc) that show up along the right side
and bottom right corner. Can someone please tell me how.
