Ouch, guess its time to upgrade, I'm still back with 4.16, grabbing 4.17
right now and will get the patches after that. I noticed there was a patch
dealing with 'linuxthreads' for gdb (I forgot the name already :-(, do you
know if that is needed/recommended (I'm using glibc-2.1) ?
Thanks for the reply, not being a programmer I don't use 'gdb' often,
guess I needed a little kick to get it updated. The version I have is just
the old installed Slackware one (libc5 based) and I'd been meaning to
recompile it for some time now ever since I switched to glibc 2.0.7 (and
now 2.1). Maybe I'll even get some meaningfull output from it now :-)
