gtkdoc-mkdb and db2html missing

Hi, as of a few days, CVS gnome-libs has ceased to compile for me. It
is missing ``gtkdoc-mkdb''. Where can I get this package?
Also, gnome-cores is fails to find ``db2html''.
Are these tools in the CVS repository somewhere?
