FIXED SPEC: gtk+

I guess this hasn't been fixed even though I've brought it up before.
The spec for gtk+ is messed up. This is when I use make dist or snapshot
to build the tarball/spec and rpm. Also from a cvs pull gtk+ doesn't
include the necesary /docs dir to complete make dist or make snapshot.
The fixed spec is attached and could someone please commit these changes
to cvs?
