CVS and 'intl' directories

Had some problems earlier trying to compile the latest gnome-libs (cvs)
and someone responded that the 'intl' directory is no longer in the source
tree and 'gettext' is required. 'Gettext' is no problem and I have it
installed and everything has always worked without using the included
gettext/intl.
Anyway the problem seems to be that since the 'intl' directory no longer
exists in several of the modules I see now as I'm grabbing new ones then
the 'intl' should be removed from the Makefile.am's (and anywhere else)
otherwise autogen/configure generate some errors about files not existing
and make fails trying to build in 'intl'.

for our children's children - because children shouldn't be having sex.
