Gnome Terminal Suggestion/Question

How difficult would it me for the Gnome Terminal to display the name of
the current foreground process in the title bar?

It would be a really useful feature as often I have several terminal
window open and I have no idea what is what.  Showing the name (and
possibly the number) of the currently foreground process would allow me
to tell what terminal is what without having to click on each one.
