Someone forgot to #define MAX *again*

There was talk on this list when mc-4.5.30 was released, and it was
missing a #define MAX in one of the header files. So the fix was to stick in
the definition for MAX. I was kinda sorry to see that it still wasn't fixed
in mc-4.5.31...can whoever is in charge of putting out the sources fix this?
