The ChangeLog seems to be a good indication of who mostly maintains that
section of code (you can see George Lebl seems to be doing most of the
commits).  Or you can check the AUTHORS file (gnome-core/AUTHORS) and I'm sure
any one of those developers would be happy to commit your patch.
