Compile order when compilnig out of CVS ?

Hi all,

What are the correct order when trying to compile everything out of CVS
these days (with bonobo etc).
With other words, if i would like to take the big task and try to build as
much as possible out of CVS on a clean machine, in what order should i do it
?
