Well, now Iīm confused. Iīve just enterted the command you mentioned
above and what did it say? Well, it said:
/usr/local/lib/libORBit.so.0 -> libORBit.so.0.4.0
I think this is right what you meant. As much as I can see from the
output, the symlink points to a version lower than 0.5.0. And when I
issue the rpm -qf command on that filename, it says that that fileīs not
owned by any package.
BTW: When I initially installed my system, I carefully selected all the
packages by hand because I was low on HD space. I *though* I
intentionally didnīt install the ORBit that came with SuSE since I had a
newer one (0.5.0) downloaded, but it seems that I must have installed
the older version and that itīs making problems now...
How do I proceed now?
