gnome summary

i'm working on the formatting of the gnome-summary for TechRepublic right
now.  i'm thinking that, in the hacking activities section, our readers
might not need or understand the commits section.  would anyone mind if
that is not included?  if this is a problem i can include it and just put
in an explination.
