Error Compiling gnome-core-1.1.7

Hi All

   I am getting the following error while compiling the
   gnome-core-1.1.7

> Undefined			first referenced
>  symbol  			    in file
> IceListenForWellKnownConnections    ice.o

   And when I to "nm" on my /usr/lib/libICE.so.6,
   IceListenForWellKnownConnections is actually not listed.

   Any work-around ??
