Open with...-- HEY, where'd they go?

Ok, I know the subject is a little odd but---> I
installed from source PHP-3.0.16 on my **newly
reinstalled** RH 6.2 system :^(. Anyway, Now when I
left click on a file and select "open with..." The
application list box is empty. I know it was there and
fine before the PHP install. What file contains the
app. list(I can restore it from another machine-I
think). Thanks
