Unable to run pybiff

Hi All

I am trying to run pybiff on a Sun Solaris 5.6 machine.

I am getting the following error when I run pybiff_applet.... I have
NOT installed Gnome as root (so obviously NOT in /usr/....). I have
the following versions installed on my machine.

Python-1.5.2 glade-0.5.9  gnome-python-1.0.53  pybiff-0.2.1 (and other
gnome-1.2 stuff) 

Any hints will be appreciated.
