i removed the gnome menu bar...kill me now

Dear Gnome people,
No doubt you will think I am a fool, and maybe I am but I need your help.  I 
clicked on the option "remove this panel" on the gnome toolbar and no I am 
lost.  I cannot even access a terminal window.  Nothing is flying.  
Everything is gone.  How do I get the toolbar back?

Oh ya, I am running LinuxPPC 2000 on an iMac.
